Transportation from Airport
Most major airlines fly into Richmond International Airport.
The Richmond Raceway Complex is approximately 15 minutes from the Airport. Rental cars are available from a number of companies. It is advisable to make a reservation ahead especially if you need a van.
Groome Transportation 1-800-552-7911 is $55 with dogs.
Without dogs, Groome’s rates are: one person 43.75; two persons 46.25; three persons 50.50 (these are totals, not each person). four or more people is 15.00 each person.
Round trip is slightly less than double. They also have an agreement with the hotel that allows transportation to be added to the hotel charge.
Virginia law doesn't allow dogs to be transported with non dog people in the vehicle.
Most of the limo companies charge $55 from airport to hotel.
The average private cab fare from airport to hotel is $40.
Shuttle Service
There will not be shuttle service between the host hotel and show site.
