ASC Introduces 11 NEW AWARDS

In order to recognize dogs and bitches that have made outstanding contribution to the cocker spaniel breed, these awards will be considered in producing ability and performance achievements.

Producers Hall of Distinction

  • Register of Merit (ROM)
  • Legacy of Merit (LOM)
  • Register of Merit Excellence (ROMX)
  • Legacy of Merit Excellence (LOMX)
  • Versatile Producer (VP)
  • Legacy Versatile Producer (LVP)

Performance Hall of Distinction

  • Agility Hall of Distinction (AHOD)
  • Field Dog Hall of Distinction (FHOD)
  • Obedience Hall of Distinction (OHOD)
  • Special Performance/Achievement Hall of Distinction (SPHOD)
  • Tracking Dog Hall of Distinction (THOD)

QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE
  • ROM = 10 champions for Sire
  • ROM = 4 champions for Dam
  • ROMX = 40 champions for Sire
  • LOM = any ROM producing a ROM offsping
  • LOMX = any Sire that is LOM producing 40 champions
  • VP = 52 points for Sire
  • VP = 32 points for Dam
  • LVP = any VP producing a VP offsping
    (champions = Conformation Ch)

NOTE:
For Performance Hall of Distinction : no need to apply. It is done automatically.
By February 15, the application and official records must be in the hands of the Producer or Performance Chair.
